Blog Post: Rain

It has started to rain here. Not much more of a drizzle than real rain. But I welcomed it. We have had three weeks of hot and fired in the main forests. The air has been filled with dust from the fires. On a personal level, it feels like I've smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for the month. On a wider scale, I welcomed the rain as the chance to stop the fires. If not stop them slow them.
Rain could be a metaphor for our world. Dampen the anger, slow the hate.
